On Tuesday, March 18th, we held this year’s general assembly at Bæredygtig Herning with a lively atmosphere, strong community, and inspiring stories from 10 of our members.

More than 60 of our members and board members gathered for an evening where we celebrated democracy and our shared ambition to contribute to a more sustainable society.

During the formal part of the program, all our board members were re-elected. We look forward to continuing our great collaboration with Svend Aage Færch Nielsen, Dorte West, Trine Jepsen, René Foli, and Niels Møller Jensen.

The highlight of the evening was when 10 dedicated members shared personal stories about how they are working with sustainability – from the production of SOEC to coffins and gravestones for funerals. These were inspiring stories of change in our local communities and in our mindset, along with the technical solutions required when we need to change our actions and our society.

On stage were:

The diversity of our association once again shows that there are many paths to change – and that we all play a role.

Thank you to Skarrildhus Sinatur Hotel & Conference for the delicious food. And thank you to all the members who participated for your fantastic presence, curiosity, and networking.
