The team

Thea is committed to building place-based strategic environments with a goal of ensuring sustainable solutions and impact. She has previously established similar platforms for collaboration with a focus on business development, e.g. the GreenLab industrial park. Thea believes in intention, trust and building business to secure sustainable change. She has an education in literature and reads a least one BIG novel a year.

Bert works with program and business development. He is passionate about interdisciplinary work when it comes to sustainability. And he is passionate about pancakes. Bert is originally from the Netherlands and was educated in Denmark as a KaosPilot. He has worked with impact investing in co-working environments in San Francisco, Amsterdam, and Berlin and he has broad experience in business development and facilitating innovation processes.

Louise is an experience economist and with great passion she creates communities and relationships through events, experiences and marketing that inspire, motivate and excite. Louise has previously developed and led networks, conferences and training courses around experiences and sustainability, transformed an old garage into an event venue and helped Danish brands with user involvement and co-creation as an independent consultant.

As community coordinator, Emma is concerned with facilitating a space for Herning's diverse members with sustainability as key. She has a broad background in media studies, nordic litterature and journalism with a focus on online communities. From "højskole" to CSR in an international company - community and unification of interests have always been a driving force for Emma.

Cecilie thrives on tackling problems that rarely have a straightforward solution in a traditional project management handbook. She approaches projects with both creativity and pragmatism, driven by a passion for bringing structure to complex challenges. She has previous experience as a project manager in the municipal sector and, most recently, for a global company within sustainability. Privately, Cecilie has a love for reuse—always on the lookout for solid, second-hand treasures at marketplaces.

David works as a project manager with a focus on sustainability and circular solutions that create local value. He ensures that complex projects involving multiple stakeholders proceed in a structured and efficient manner, turning great ideas into tangible results. Previously, he has been involved in sustainability projects in Central Jutland, where he has primarily worked with EU initiatives and funding opportunities that support sustainability among stakeholders in the region.

Dorte’s creativity is everywhere at our co-work space. It can be seen in our interiors, our gifts, our events and just about everything else. Her work is intentional and filled with heart and, often, a good portion of stubbornness- especially when it comes to finding and choosing sustainable solutions. New ideas are always welcome and Dorte is continually working on something new and exciting.

Katia is in her 4th semester as a Marketing Manager at Erhvervsakademi Midtvest and has a strong drive along with a wide range of experience. She excels in strategic planning and content production for social media, and we look forward to seeing her creativity and energy in action with us. During her internship, Katia will, among other things, help strengthen our digital presence and contribute to exciting projects that put sustainability on the agenda. Katia will contribute to our upcoming events and marketing for the next 3 months.
